A quick redesign now, after finishing the book, Principles Of Beautiful Web Design, i tried to follow the Layout and Colour principles from the book, haven’t applied fully the principles on Texture, Typography and Imagery just yet.
Full redesign will take more time than this.
Still trying hard to figure out a design that’s uniquely my style.

this book is a good one. as i read through it, i found out, i know little about the principles. good thing is now i know a bit more about some logic that can be used in designs. i started to think may be i’m better off taking Design major than my current Information System, as i have more interest in design (saying i have more interest does not mean i’m good at it, just simply saying i like doing it).
but that is where books fills in, isn’t it. on areas you didn’t learn on your class. and on things weren’t paying attention too.

can i create better designs now that i know the principles?
i do think so, but the thing is, i want to finish reading the book first,
still have two more chapters to finish.
hopefully i’ll create new design for the blog, current design was actually intended for a splash page.
